| | | Beetle ID anyone? Hello all - saw quite a lot of these tiny beetles on buttercup flowers at lunchtime, so you can see how small they are from the size of the flower in the photograph! Does anybody have any idea what they are?
Oops, I nearly forgot - there was one other tiny little beetle I saw at lunchtime ...

I think this one might be Crepidodera , something along the lines of Crepidodera aurea. Though do wait for confirmation or another suggestion as i'm still getting to grips with these...

Fauna, I think you may be on to something with Crepidodera aurea for the second one.
Could the ones on buttercup be the so-called Raspberry Beetle (Byturus tomentosus)?

Cheers for confirming Klaas...
I've had a good look at the second pic, i will stick with Crepidodera aurea. Crepidodera fulvicornis (another possible) would have more dense puncturing on the pronotum, which i'm sure you will pick up in your photo.
Crepidodera fulvicornis... Crepidodera fulvicornis
Crepidodera aurea... Crepidodera aurea
