Strange eggs on our conervaratory.

Anyone care to have a guess what will hatch from these ?

I think they are moth eggs. Not sure, or which, but they look like a mass I had several years ago on a similarly coloured surface, a Phormium leaf! I couldn't see them feeding on those (and I didn't think I wanted them to either ) so I peeled the lot off, they were stuck together in a sheet, and placed them elsewhere I think amongst chickweed. The colour must be one which resembles another plant.

They do look like moth eggs. Vapourer Moths seem to lay on all sorts of garden plants + have watched the larvae feeding on Mahonia. That is just speculation + could be some other species.
