Not easy to tell from this angle, but I would hazard a guess at a weevil?

A longhorn beetle, one of the Rhagium species of which there are 2 in the UK. Not sure if I can see enough detail of the pattern on the elytra to give a species Id though.

I reckon Rhagium species perhaps Rhagium mordax
