| | | Re: Insect ID I had a male which was identified (by Paul Beuk of diptera.info) as Empididae, Rhamphomyia (Rhamphomyia) cf. sulcata. This is a female, it's probably the same species. The 'cf.' is not a definite ID but it confers that it looks like it.
