No, it's Pyrochroa serraticornis I think - one of the cardinal beetles.
There are several features to differentiate it from Lilioceris lilii but the best is size! Cardinals are around 20mm long, lily beetles ten or lless ....

I'm thinking more likely Pyrochroa serraticornis due to having a red head instead of black and it's eyes are smaller and more to the side of the head than a red lily beetle.
It's hard to see in your photo but P. serraticornis also have more jagged antennae than the red lilly beetle.
