| | | Bug ID, no pics At Weston-Super-Mare last couple of days and came across a kool bug I'd not seen before.
It was probably about the size of a bumblebee, it flew, and it had a very shiny green/brown metallic/oily back.
I didn't manage to get any pics unfortunately so I understand it could be anything!
Just any idea of what it could be would be great, then I can look into it a bit more.

| | | Re: Bug ID, no pics Maybe it was a Rose Chafer ( Cetonia aurata) they are about 15-20mm in size, and fly noisily by day.
