| | | Re: Everything is early Superb photos Dai- especially love the mating Hairy Dragonflies. Yes with the record breaking April temperatures the season is definitely advanced. I usually struggle to find any Odonata in April though there are always a few records particularly of Large Red Damsels in that month from the mildest areas.
Saw my first Hairy Dragonflies yesterday- a species that's been doing very well in recent years + spreading.
