Yes, that's some kind of mite - but not bee-specific. As Elaine says they shouldn't hurt in low numbers, but of course if too many join then they can end up clogging spiracles or restricting wing movement.
In this case they appear to be mainly centred around the mesothorax between the wings, which could be a more concerning area for populations with regards to wing obstruction/spiracles. Hopefully they moved with the wing-movement.
