Can anyone tell me what this is?

Hi

I found this in my living room today and have no clue what it is nor can i find anything on the internet about it, does anyone know what it is as far as i can tell it is a form of fly as it only has one set of wings and bears some resemblance to a moth fly except for the long mouth and lack of large antennae.

It's a Bee Fly. Bombylius major I think.
