| | Bug indentification please Found this little critter in my room a couple of nights ago. It was approximately 3mm in length and had wings like a ladybird.
Apologies for the bad quality of the pictures but any ideas?

| | | Re: Bug indentification please Hi everybody,
Anthrenus verbasci is a species of Europe. Those beetles live of dry keratine like hairs, feathers, chitin and others. Normally they find everything they need outside, but this beetle is absolutely common in houses. Nearly everyone will find a few during the year in the house. It's becoming a problem when there are more than five to ten beetles during a few days. Than something is wrong. As long as it is one, or two on a week, there is no problem.
Regards
Klaas
