| | | Cranefly for i.d. I know craneflies are hard to i.d. but I hoped this one would be distinctive enough for an i.d. When it was approached it vibrated just like the cellar spider (Pholcus phalangioides). It also appears to have a green tinge to it. It was about half the size of the European cranefly. |

Well, on paper it looks distinctive enough with a green tinge and black comma-like wing marking but I can't find any references to it. I wouldn't mind looking at the specimen, actually!
I imagine John or Laurence should get this.
