It's probably an Ichneumon Wasp. Genus-level identifications are impossible for most, with very subtle features all over the insect's physicality needing examining. Colours don't always matter, and may only take you to sub-family.
Any headway you wish to make with this very difficult group will require examining voucher specimens under the microscope. Still, they make attractive photographic subjects.
