Some sort of Weevil I reckon.

The wings are neatly folded underneath the chitinous wing cases on its back looks like a Vine weevil

Definitely a wevil, the wings are under the elytra (modified, hardened forewing)

Probably the Vine Weevil, Otiorhynchus sulcatus.
