From that angle I would say Southern Hawker.

It`s very difficult to tell from that image alone sorry! I am not able to clearly see any of the distinguishing features. Having had similar problems myself in the past, I now take several shots in the field from all angles to aid with identifying later.

I agree with wildwoman and Dogghound - a male Southern Hawker.
