| | | Winter harvestman I was prompted to make this post by Fauna's recent thread on Paroligolophus agrestis. I had made the comment that I rarely come across harvestmen after the end of October or before early spring. Then I began to wonder.....? Anyway, that led me to do a quick check back over last winter's images and I found this one taken on 19th January 2010.
Help with identification appreciated:

| | | Re: Winter harvestman Its Rilaena triangularis Bruce, looks a pretty aged specimen, the saddle is a little indistinct, but the spines on the eye turret, and also on the pedipalp are typical, and i think the distal end of the legs are usually quite dark, as with this specimen ... |
