I was looking through my folder of unidentified insects and came accross this one again I have had another go at ID'ing it but with no luck, 
can anybody help to identify this wasp, not sure if it is a social or solitary one,

Iv'e just been on BWARS and tried Nomada fulvicornis and it looks like it is that one with it's orange like legs and antennae,
I was looking in the wrong section

No. ruficornis usally has a redder abdomen than this specimen, and has diagnostic bifid mandibles (not on view in this pic of course. Separation of N. flava from N. panzeri is a microscope job, and relies on the hair colours on the legs and the lower face |
