Probably either a European mantis (Mantis religiosa) or a Chinese mantis (Tenodera sinensis). I used to keep both and they are similar looking. Where was the photograph taken?

Maybe not then though European Mantids have been introduced to a lot of countries.

I found a list of Mantidae, using the 'find in top window' feature in the Edit tab you can enter the word Iran to find which species you have present.

Maybe then you can google them!
