A female, bigger than I have read they can grow to. It was probably 9mm, not 8mm for sure.
First time I have seen this! I think it's correct?

Adding that this must have been here for a while to have grown to that size, do you know how long they take to get fully mature?

As for the life-cycle, i think they hatch in early Spring and mature in late Summer/early Autumn ... |

I guess I will be seeing lots of little ones next year, that is if there's a male close by! I guess they need males...
