Shield bug on a matchbox, ID please
In my house Northampton, took a liking to a matchbox (or it was trying to get away from my camera). Possibly a Birch shield bug?

Looks like Birch Shieldbug to me. Great colours aren't they!

I read there are similar species so I popped it on here, yes probably birch though. Yes fantastic colours, I think the flash got them out a bit more, getting dark... (took it 20mins ago).
