Help with identification of flying bug

Hi,
I found an insect in my bedroom last night, and cannot find anything on the web about what it might be.
It is about 12-15mm, 2 sets of wings the length of its body - the outer set hard, inner fine and transparent, antennae about 8mm, body about 5mm and quite flat with yellow and black markings, long bendy legs (at first I thought it was a grass hopper type).

As you can probably tell, I know nothing about insects and how to describe them so here's a picture;

It's a coreid bug- the Western Conifer Seedbug, Leptoglossus occidentalis, native to US, but now established in parts of Europe + probably now the UK. Quite a few reported recently, attracted to light + found indoors.

Thanks for your help, I was worried it was some sort of cockroach!
