Thank you for your help JRsbugs.
I understand that is very difficult to get and identification from a photo, especially from such a low quality image, also if that is about the best I can get with my equipment of such a small subject.

Since they don't seem invasive or itchy, I'll try again with a good cleanig and treatment of the stained walls, and see what happens.

Here is the best image I could snatch, of a darker specimen, it's in between two 1 mm marks on a scale.

Your images for such a small subject are quite good!

The habitat fits, it does look like the Mould Mite, so I would suggest it probably is as it is common also.
