Came across this on some streamside vegitation this spring. Just cought my eye as it was so vividly coloured. However I still have not been able to ID it and would appreciate your help

Under willow trees?
I suspect it's Crepidodera aurata - or possibly a closely related flea beetle.  |

in my mind Paul is absolutely right with Crepidodera aurata. The other Crepidodera species look different.
