It's a male Migrant Hawker - lovely shot!
The antehumeral stripes are much broader on the Southern Hawker, and the Common has noticeably yellow costa.

Agree with your ID. Common Hawker would be a pretty rare sighting at Dungeness, but possible as a migrant. Lovely photo. |
