Booklice are back :(

Hi, I have posted on a few occassions about booklice in my home. Now that the wet weather has appeared and it's turning into shall i say...winter again, i have started to notice the booklice. Now as you can imagine i am cheesed off to say the least as I hadn't noticed a single one since April, and just recently I have started to see them back in my bathroom but slightly 'bigger' and more black coloured, but the normal smallish brown ones are here as well crawling in my hallway and i can only imagine they will be making their way to my bedroom yet again! I just don't know what to do, as i know there is no mould in my house apart from in the bathroom which i always clean thoroughly. Why would the booklice be venturing into other rooms, what could they possibly be feeding on!? And the booklice seems to be a fairly recent problem out of the 9 or so years I have been living in this house, I've only noticed it last winter.

Many thanks to anyone who has any sort of suggestion or input. I feel like i am going insane, and studying psychology....i would put myself into the 'OCD' category because i am constantly trying to look for these things so as to keep their numbers down because the thought of a whole bunch of them congregating and attacking my stuff/me is freaking me out!
