Structure on Medlar leaf - possibly moth created
Hi Folks,

Found this attached to a Medlar leaf in my work's orchard.



Something in the back of my mind seems to be saying it has some connection with a moth species, I think.

Anyone know.

I have a funny feeling it is the cocoon of a bagworm moth.

I would say its closer to being a typical psyche casta than (acantho)psyche atra!
