Rove Beetle for ID
I think this is a rove beetle, but it just does not fit devil's coach horse. I found two individuals under a stone in my garden. Just over 1 cm long I'd say. They were not agressive, and tried to bury themselves in the soil again. I notice the curious 'mittens' on the front legs. Any ideas as to what they can be?

Its Ocypus like Devils coachhorse I would suggest O.nero as a good possibility.
