Are these Eristalis tenax?

Am I right in thinking that these are all Eristalis tenax?

Taken in a Somerset garden

Photos 2 & 3 are, photo 1 is something else - either E. pertinax or E. interruptus (at a quick glance)

Data would be useful

Thanks Roger, I think the dark front tarsi of number 1 would indicate that it isn't E. pertinax (which I at first presumed it was)

What exact data would be of help? I can't be exact about size but it was about as big as the E. tenax shown in my original post and larger than the E. arbustorum that was also around.

The data I had in mind was site name, grid ref (or postcode), date abd recorder name. These are the basics on the HRS database.
