| | | Hawker and spiders to ID please Found this flying around a pond in Gloustershire, thought it was Aeshna cyanea female, but its probably not. Best pic I could get as it wouldn't sit still long and most of the abdomen is concealed.

| | | Re: Hawker and spiders to ID please You're spot on with the first, a female Southern Hawker. 2 and 4 are Pisaura mirabilis but I can't help with the others I'm afraid.

5 and 6 look like Araneus daidematus, but the pic's aren't good enough to be certain.
