My guess would be a Lasioglossum bee species. |

Thank you | It looks more like a hover fly to me but I don't know much about bees, I'm more of a pond guy. |

Its a bee for certain, and it is a male Lasioglossum. Most likely to be L. calceatum although L. albipes can not be ruled out | | |
