| | | Tachinid I. D. s please I think the first is Gymnochaeta viridis,had one id on here earlier in the year, and the second is possibly Dexia rustica but thats the only thing in my book that looks anything near

Not sure about the first, maybe a muscid Eudasyphora? At any rate, I don't think it has a tachinid's 'bristlyness'.

D. s please Unfortunately, neither of your photos are Tachinids - not enough bristles and face wrong for No 1 to be Gymnocheta ( a spring species), No. 2 is just "the wrong shape".
