ID please

My nephew tells me he has 'creatures' in his bedroom. He brought a game from his house to mine and one of these 'creatures' was inside the box. It was up to 1mm long, I could just make out head and body shapes and it was yellow/cream coloured. He said they've been there for quite a while and they're everywhere, but they're okay, they don't hurt you. I was horrified to hear his bedroom hasn't been cleaned since last year.
I thought the creatures could be the booklice or mould mites I had in my bedroom. But they're not the same. They're about the same length as my booklice but slightly wider but not the same colour. They are much bigger than the mould mite which are more lighter shade of cream. These ones are yellowish cream. What could they be?

Also, I'm still finding booklice in my room. I found one escaping to under my wallpaper and one on a book. My sister, who's bedroom is next door to mine, found, what I think is a mold mite, in the draw under her bed. I thought it had come from my room. She said it could've but her bed is new and she bought it from a local independent furniture store who's premises is an old church. So it could've come from there. I found the mite on a box of chocolates which I threw out. My sis said she would've ate them. So was I right to throw out the chocolates with a mould mite on them?
