Hi everyone
Could anyone confirm this handsome character as a scarce chaser? Pics taken on the river stour which seems to be one of the few places they can be found. A pleasant diversion during a fishing trip!

Yes, A male Scarce Chaser. A dragonfly that's increasing so maybe we might be more appropriately using the English name given in the recent European guide which refers to it as Blue Chaser. |
