Could this (bee) be Andrena bicolor?
Not particularly good photos I'm afraid so I don't have much else to go on than these two pics.
Photographed in SE Kent on 27/06/2010

Yes, it looks like a little A. bicolor, they are tiny and have a hunched appearance. They also are around much of the summer.
