First of all welcome to WAB!
Secondly, your pic is of a Beautiful Demoiselle - Calopteryx virgo.
Thirdly, I'm very sorry but we don't allow links to external images. This is because they have a habit of disappearing over time and then we have lots of little red crosses where the pictures used to be. You can upload photos to either the Gallery (for good quality, correctly identified and labelled shots) or the Image Library for everything else, including those that you still need an ID for.
