This is a species of Brown Lacewing, from the Hemerobiidae family.

You know, with all the many brown lacewing larvae I've seen and/or photographed I'm amazed that I've not come across more adult brown lacewing.

Interesting head and "neck" and same rosette of spines that you see in larvae. See arrow:

It looks like the one we all seem to be getting, Micromus variegatus.

Here's almost a mirror image of yours!
