Yes, a Mason Wasp and possibly Ancistocerus sp. ( Vespidae; Eumeninae).

| | | Re: Wasp ID? Well... pattern-wise it matches one of mine keyed-out to Ancistrocerus gazella, but a lot of work is based around the keeled-furrow by the sternites, and pilosity of the antennal scape so could be one of several, depending. |
