Yes, Sarcophaga sp.
We have 52 species in the UK and a good number of those will look exactly the same as this. Species identification I bet would come down to internal genitalia and external bristle placement.
As for sexing - I've never really paid too much attention to these as they can't be field-identified. Still, I believe that if there is a big gap between them it's a girl, but if they are closer - but not centrally-touching - it's a boy.
