Rose Chafer.....or not??

Hi all,

Spotted this lovely chap on some Yarrow (I think)...and thought it might be a Rose Chafer.
I'm probably wrong though!

Have more confidence ye of little faith! It is a Rose Chafer- I had one in London yesterday on a Shasta Daisy. I've seen more this year than any other in London.

Definitely correct. I suspect that is a really good record for Derbyshire (assuming that's where you found it).
Not sure about the flower, could it be Wild Carrot?

I was walking along the Pembrokeshire Coast Path! I have actually never seen such a variety of insects etc in one place before. Fantastic area for flora and fauna.

I've never been there, sounds great.
