| | | Unknown Hemiptera Hello all,
Can anyone help me with the identification of this little guy? He was found in an area of dock leaves, nettles, and grasses.
He is some kind of leaf bug but I cannot say any more than that.
Thanks a lot,
Peter |

| | | Re: Unknown Hemiptera Afternoon Peter,
These ' Little Green Jobs' are a difficult bunch, a top-down view would be good in addition. Still, it makes me think of Closterotomus norwegicus or similar on account of the femoral markings, short tibial spines, etc.
I wouldn't like to say too much given the difficulty of photo IDs, especially with difficult groups where fine pubescence/relative width may need to be searched for.
Take care, Jason | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
