Ive never seen this before ,are they bombus lapidarius ?

Yes it is, I got a pair last year. There is a big size difference!

I saw a male today, and I think I've seen a new queen lately but she looks smaller than usual, and he looks bigger than usual!

I checked my pics and it was 8th July last year.
