The first is actually a Hoverfly ( Diptera; Syrphidae), called Myathropa florea. As for the second, it's a Bee ( not Honeybee though), but not sure which - possibly an Andrena... I photographed a similar-looking one this week. Sometimes you need a microscope to fully identify them.
