| | | Hawthorn Shield Bug? Hello all - 'tis me again, I'm afraid - but I've just been outside in the garden during my lunch break and found this lovely bug. I think it is the Hawthorn Shield Bug, Acanthosoma haemorrhoidale. Does anybody agree? |

It is indeed! I had one in the hall earlier this week, waging a tenacious war with the lightbulb.
