Leaf curling
I've seen leaves curled by insects many a time, but never come across a "highrise" version like this. Anyone any ideas on what has done this?

I doubt it's an insect. It looks like the stems have put on a growth spurt, leaving the leaves struggling to free themselves but they should make it.
