Nice rescue! It's a sawfly in the family Cimbicidae, Zaraea fasciata. I had it last year.

I often rescue bees, they can survive a long time in water, even if they are dead and at the bottom, dry them out and leave in a warm place and they will live again, I gave up on one and left it by my computer, I was very surprised when it started moving about three days later. Pauline.
