Unidentified insect
Hi, could someone please help identify this poor insect that this Spotted Flycatcher is about to feed one of its hungry fledglings.

Its a species of ichneumonid looks something like Ichneumon extensorius, I.cerinthius , all the features carnt be seen so would be unwise to ID it to species level.
