It's a plant bug of some sort, possibly a Mirid. Seeing it with wings open threw me initially!  |

I had assumed it was some sort of weird parasitic wasp or unusual fly with the wings open.
I have now come up with Grypocoris stysi

Male Leptopterna dolabrata gets my vote instead - the pronotum, scutellum and forewing markings are a little different.

Ah yes, I agree Joe - the first antennal segments are too thick-looking too. |
