Butterfly or Moth Caterpillar ID please

Another ID request I'm afraid. I haven't a clue if it's a Butterfly or Moth Caterpillar. I may be entering it into a photo comp so I need the ID of the Caterpillar. I really don't know where to start.
Just looked through Butterflies book and no Caterpillar looks like this so it's got to be a moth sp. Now I'm stuck !!!

It looks like a Burnet moth caterpillar

Hi Jason, very sorry for the late reply. Many thanks for your ID which seeing the number of Burnet moths emerging from cocoons nearby would confirm this. I didn't suspect the Burnet moth as I assumed all the caterpillars would have been holed up in the cocoons/chrysalis ready to emerge as moths.
