Afternoon Alison,

It's one of the Damoiselles (different wing posture, coloured wings), but not too sure which. Appears to be female too.

Looks like a banded damoiselle (female) but it's not unknown for me to be wrong

It is a female Banded Demoiselle. Females of the two demoiselles can be difficult to separate but female Banded tend to have green tinged wings.
