Looks like an immature male Ruddy Darter to me - the legs look all black on the first photo (the impression of pale lines on the legs in the second photo looks like reflection of sunlight). |

Definately a Ruddy Darter.
He might be all golden at the moment, but in a week or so he'll be bright red (ruddy in fact!  ). |
