| | | Re: Bumblebee ID I'd suggest it is Bombus lucorum based on the lightness of the yellow markings. They're certainly much lighter than those on B. terrestris which are a much darker shade.

| | | Re: Bumblebee ID A cautionary note, B. terrestris workers are getting faded now so the colour can't be relied on at all.
I took a pic of one yesterday which was B. terrestris worker with an obvious brown line at the top of the white tail but the abdomen stripe was nearly white.
